Howie Doyle (Executive Editor) and
Crystal Christmas (Publisher)
With nearly 30 years of combined publishing experience, Crystal Christmas and Howie Doyle co-founded
Sudden Companies in the Spring of 2002. By the fall of the same year, the first issue of CountryStyle,
TX premiered in the northwest Harris and south Montgomery county areas. In 2005, the name was changed
to That! Texas Magazine to appeal to a wider market, and to prepare for expansion into other
areas of Texas. With a high degree of editorial integrity, That! Texas Magazine aims to serve
its advertisers by serving its readers first.
